Vintage Albuquerque, which is a four-evening event at the end of June, benefits the New Mexico Symphony’s program, Music in the Schools. The final evening takes place under a soaring tent overlooking the Sandia Mountains at the Prairie Star Restaurant in Bernalillo, New Mexico. A fine dinner is served during an exciting live auction of rare wine lots, unique wine excursions, and wonderful art. Each year ten to fourteen celebrated artists are invited to participate in the auction. Jane is a returning artist to this event. For 2008 she is the featured artist. Her oil painting, Anticipation, is on Vintage Albuquerque’s brochures, private label wines, posters, and catalogs.
